Welcome to the 2023-24 Team Registration with the Statewide Florida Hockey League (SFHL).

This registration session will allow you to provide team and coach/manager information and submit the deposit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.
YOU MUST PAY ONLINE. PAPER CHECKS VIA POSTAL MAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS STEP IN THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.

NOTE: Due to a system limitation, the system may give you an option to select "PAY OFFLINE" during the CHECKOUT process. If you select this option, the registration(s) will be deleted immediately and will not be accepted.

Upon completion of registration a charge from SAHOF hockey will appear on your account.

You will need to have:

1. Your Association USAH Number (FLH).
2. Head Coach's name, email, cell phone, USAH CEP(Coaching # and Level).
3. Manager's name, email and cell phone.

Each team requesting to participate in the SFHL must fill out a team application.
The SFHL reserves the right to limit the divisions and the amount of teams in those divisions.

Organizations must have a USAH Organization number and be properly registered with SAHOF.

One Form per team is required.

$100 late fee per team will be applied to all registrations submitted after the deadline.
